Victor Buy/Sell/Trade Section
This is a new section, offering advertisements for Victor and Victrola products, repair services, parts, "wanted" and other related classified listings for individuals interested in buying or selling.
This website currently attracts between 100 and 250 viewers per day, many of whom indicate that they are interested in buying, selling or restoring a Victor or Victrola phonograph. There are many ways to buy/sell a phonograph or look for parts. Ebay and other online auction sites have great visibility, but significant commissions are charged based on the selling price. You can place a free listing via Phonolist, but viewer traffic is relatively small, and no pictures are allowed. This site offers a third alternative at a low fixed monthly rate. The cost of running a new "classified" listing on this site with up to 3 photographs and 200 words (maximum) of description (including name and contact information) is $5.95 per month. Renewals of current listings (without changes) for each subsequent month runs $2.95.Listings are placed in the order received and will appear in an index as seen below. (Click on "EXAMPLE" below). The following rules apply:
All listings MUST be related to Victor or Victrola products, parts services, etc. No RCA, non-Victor items, or post-1929 products will be allowed. Services must include work on Victor products as well.
Listings must clearly have valid contact information. A valid email address is required; however if desired, a mailing address and/or phone numbers may also be included.
Please provide an appropriate title heading (not to exceed 16 words).
Clear pictures should be provided (if desired) either via email or included with the mailed payment. My email is victor-victrola@comcast.net. Pictures are NOT required for any listings, but are recommended. No more than 3 pictures will be included per listing.
I reserve the right to reject any listing (and will refund all money) for any listing deemed inappropriate or improper, including suspicion of false advertising or "spamming".
Payment IN ADVANCE of $5.95 per month is required. Listings will be placed on the Monday immediately following the arrival of payment (e.g. if payment arrives on Thursday, the listing will appear the following Monday and will run for 30 consecutive days). Listings will be removed after 30 days unless a longer term is pre-paid, or an renewal is received. You will be notified by email within 48 hours after payment arrives.
I will do my best to filter out obvious fraud or phony buyers/sellers, however I am NOT responsible for the accuracy of listings or for the integrity of buyers/sellers. All transactions are the responsibility of the users. I do not warrant the quality of services or parts providers; however if I receive legitimate complaints on a particular listing, it will be removed immediately, and any balance due will be returned via mail.
I am not responsible for technical problems out of my control (failure of this website due to service or ISP problems, hacker or spoofer attacks, etc.)
For PAYPAL or credit card orders: Simply write the desired heading and description in an email, attach up to 3 digital images, and send to: victor-victrola@comcast.net. Then click on the order button below to make payment.
For surface mail orders: Send payment via check or money order, along with heading and description, with any photographs to:

Photographs and descriptions may be emailed to me at any time, but listings will not be posted until payment has been received.
