This
phonograph was made by The Victor Talking Machine Company about 1917. The
model number is VV-XI the serial number 385552. It is made from Mahogany.
It is in excellent condition with just a few scratches. It stayed at my
grandfather’s house for 50 years. It is in good working condition. The
floor model XI quickly became Victor's most popular model ever, selling well
over 800,000 units during the production run. The VV-XI used a 12-inch
turntable and a two spring motor. The XI was considered Victor's best
overall value, and accounted for well over 10% of the company's total
phonograph production.
It is
located in Toronto, Canada.
Selling price is $700.
